Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

SpreadEZ is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). 

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are strictly responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping cost. Please double-check your details before completing your purchase.
